Actor Sidra Niazi, along with actor Ali Abbas recently appeared in Geo News’s programme Jashan e Cricket hosted by Shahzad Iqbal. During a segment of the show, the host asked Sidra about voting for Imran Khan Niazi in the next elections as she is Niazi her self to which she replied, “Niazi hun aqal se aari nahi,” (Just because I am Niazi does not mean I am nuts).
She further added that she will decide who to vote on merit. While responding to a question, she said that the demand for a ban on Aurat March is wrong. In an answer to another question, she said that she feels unpleasant about Imran Khan’s comments regarding women.
Sidra also agreed to the host’s statement, “If Buzdar remains the Chief Minister of Punjab for some time, he would not spare any effort in making Punjab like Sindh.”
The host asked Sidra that is Fawad Chaudhry cuter than Fawad Khan to which Sidra jokingly said “No, what kind of question is this?”
Sidra has received back-to-back critical acclaim and commercial success with hit projects like Qayamat, Maqafat and Chupke Chupke. Her pairing with Haroon Shahid and Osman Khalid Butt have also been appreciated by netizens.
